One of the goals of this large scale event is to reach

out into the community and bring people together.

Clearly, the success of such a venture is completely

dependent upon the wonderful people who grasp

the vision and become eager to roll up their

sleeves and become involved.  It's the investment of

"sweat equity" that makes all the difference!

Early morning set up

Evening take down
Advertisement distribution
Food Servers
Parking & Greeting people
Special services (haircutting, etc.) or Professional (legal, medical, etc.)

Community services

Entertainment
Children's Games

Infant care
Prayer & Counseling
Clean up
Providing individually packaged snacks or drinks
